Latitude Volunteering provided students with information about the many overseas volunteering opportunities for young people. This program provides 17- to 25-year-olds with support to travel outside of their own community, in most cases to other countries, where they will spend several months assisting with care or educational projects. This presentation informed students of yet another post school option.

Youth At the Zoo (YATZ) is a fun, educational program for 13-19 year olds where members can participate in activities both inside and outside of the Zoo throughout all school holidays and occasionally during the school term. The next intake of volunteers for the YATZ program in Sydney will be in MAY 2018. Only applicants whose details are entered into this link will be notified when the application process begins.
