Presentation by Australian Defence Force
The girls were treated to an informative presentation on Monday 24 July by representatives from the Australian Defence Force Army Division. Rory and Andrea covered information about the many and varied career options the Army has available. The presentation explored post school options that girls have not traditionally considered which proved to be enlightening and something they will consider as an option for their future career.

STEAMpunk Girls
Aged 12 to 16? Led by the UTS Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Creative Intelligence Unit (IECI), the program has a vision of a more innovative Australia where women have agency and a voice in society. STEAMpunk Girls exposes young women to science, technology, engineering, arts and maths (STEAM) and female role models. It creates a space for young women to participate in and create the conversation around STEAM education and empowers them to carve out their own study and career pathways.
