High Achievers (2017) Assembly

It was wonderful to see so many of our high achievers back in the College for assembly this week. This year we had to extend the assembly because there were so many students that needed to be acknowledged on stage, which is a wonderful position to be in. At the ceremony we were able to recognise all the students who achieved band 6 results in the HSC, those students who were placed first in the actual HSC exam and those thirty students who achieved an ATAR greater than 90. It was also our opportunity to formally announce the dux of the college for 2017, who is Emma Bennett. Emma gave a wonderful speech to the student body, acknowledging the support she received along the way and she was also able to give the students a few pointers for success in the future. A great morning to acknowledge the great results of our graduating class of 2017, many of whom now go off to start studying at university and commence the next phase of their life.
