Masterchef – Italian Style

Pressure tests? Elimination round? Mystery box? Try making an italian-style salami without meat – that’s a real challenge! Year 8 Italian classes were under the supervision of Luca Roncari (Piatto Perfetto’s own Masterchef) as he guided them into creating this surprisingly different italian dessert.

The students were transported into an italian kitchen and found themselves following Luca’s instructions carefully in Italian, all the while being located right here at Bethany’s Yallunga Hall.

All students happily finished off their slice of Il salame al cioccolato served with fresh whipped cream and raspberry coulis. Perhaps these holidays will see some of them re-create this dessert for their family as a treat.
