Parent Portal Instructions

Bethany College, Hurstville allows parents to regularly access information about your daughter on the Parent Portal. The Parent Portal gives access to electronic copies of school reports, timetables, parent/student/teacher interview bookings and a range of other documents.

If you have not already registered another child from Bethany College to access information on the Bethany College Parent Portal, there are a few steps that you will need to follow:

  1. Use your web browser to access (either directly by typing this URL or via the Parent and Student Portal / Register link on the College website).
  2. Create a new account using your email address and a password of your choice. You will need this email address and password whenever you wish to access the parent portal in the future. Please keep it safe for easy access.
  3. When you initially log in, your account will not be associated with any students. To create this association, please enter the access key provided to you by email in the box under Family/Student access key: and click on ADD KEY.

Your account will then be linked to each of your children, allowing you to access their information via the Parent Portal at any point.

You will not be required to use the access key again once you have linked your child/children.

Each family has a different access code and every child in your care who is registered at Bethany College is linked to that one code.
