Sydney Catholic Schools (SCC) SPORT REPORT
It was a very successful end of term 3 for our SCC Representative Teams. We had 3 teams in the finals and all of the teams were successful on the day.
Intermediate Soccer
Congratulations to all students in the SCC Intermediate Soccer Team. The girls managed to go through the whole season undefeated and without a goal being scored against them. The girls won 5-0 against Rosebank College in the final.
Junior Soccer
Congratulations to all students in the SCC Junior Soccer Team. The girls managed to go through the whole season undefeated. while playing with excellent spirit and skill level. In the final the girls won 1-0 nil in extra time against Mount Saint Joseph Milperra.
Junior Basketball
Congratulations to the Junior Basketball team, who like both Soccer teams were undefeated this whole season and took out the Grand Final against Marist Penshurst in convincing style. The students turned up to each game determined to succeed and an eagerness to improve. Each game, the girls were willing to put their body on the line in both attack and defence. A great season ladies.
NSWCCC Athletics Championships
Congratulations to the following students who represented Bethany College at the NSWCCC Athletics Championships which were held at Homebush on the 11/9/15:

Special mention to Josephine Doyle who came 3rd in the in the U/16’s Girls High Jump.
NSW ALL SCHOOLS ATHLETICS
Congratulation to Kelly Wilson and Eva Kostopoulos who competed in the NSW All Schools Athletics Championships which was held at Homebush Athletics track. This is a highly competitive event where students from catholic, independent and public school compete. Results as follows
- Kelly Wilson – 14 Years, 4th Triple Jump
- Eva Kostopoulos 12 Years, 11th Triple Jump, 6th High Jump, 10th Long Jump
