“The spirit, the will to win, and the will to excel are things that endure. These qualities are so much more important than the events that occur.”

CGSSSA Touch Football

Tuesday 1st March Bethany College participated in the annual CGSSSA touch football gala day.

The College entered two teams with the divisions being a junior (years 7-9) and senior (years 10-12).

It was a day of mixed results with both teams having narrow wins and losses. Each team had six games to play throughout the pool matches with only the top 4 teams from 14 in each division making their way through to the semi-finals. Unfortunately Bethany College was unsuccessful in making the next stage of the competition with our junior team placing 7th overall and our senior team placing 5th overall. Congratulations to the girls who had a long day of matches.
