What’s Been Happening in Religious Education

Shrove Tuesday

Tuesday, 5 March is Shrove Tuesday and students will have an opportunity to purchase pancakes for a gold coin donation.  All funds raised with be donated to Caritas for their annual Lenten Appeal.  Pancakes will be on sale from 7.45am on Yallunga Court.  Maple syrup, lemon and sugar and chocolate sauce will also be available.
House points will be awarded for the house that raises the most money, so students are encouraged to ensure that their donation goes into the correct house bucket.
Sacramental Program
If any student has not completed their sacramental program and is interested in receiving the sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist or Confirmation, St Michael’s at Hurstville are offering a  program for students wishing to receive these sacraments.
Please contact the parish office for further details.
