Year 12 Hospitality

Year 12 Hospitality did a fabulous job catering for their salads service period. Twenty five chicken caesar salads and twenty five Buddha bowls were made. Each Buddha bowl contained poached egg, halloumi, sausage, spinach and cauliflower rice.

I was very proud to see them working in the commercial kitchen with realistic industry service ratios, after such a long break away from face to face teaching. They have certainly not forgotten any of their skills. They managed their time effectively and were able to complete the task within realistic industry time constraints. Well done to the girls.
